Face to Face Interviews will be held at our office for candidates who progress past the Phone Interview process.. Interviews will be held with two members of our Hiring Team and potentially a representative from field crew or division supervisors as well.

Wages and Compensation:
Minimum Starting Wage: $12/ Hour
With Valid Chaffeurs Liscense $13/ Hour
All positions at AMO are paid hourly. AMO pays on a weekly basis.
Snow Removal Bonus:
Operators: +$1/ Hr
Sidewalk Crews: +$2/ Hr
Applies Only to hours worked performing Snow Removal Activities. Attendance Requirements Exist. Bonus Paid on Monthly basis. Snow Removal Hours worked on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years will receive a Time and Half Bonus.
Bi- Annual Performance Reviews:
Employees who have been employed for an entire Season (Green or Winter) will receive a Performance Evaluation at the end of that Season. Performance Evaluations are the setting for conversations in Pay Increases, Career Path Opportunities and Personal Development Goals. Evaluation Criteria can be found in Job Descriptions for all AMO Positions. All Employees are eligible for a Merit Increase in pay at any time.
Paid Time Off Program:
Full time, Year round employees are eligible for a Paid Time Off program. The amount of PTO is based upon length of service to AMO, and working 2,080 hours a year.
PTO Potential Hrs
After 90 days, Full-Time employees are eligible to participate in a Health Insurance policy from Priority Health.
